Adjustments to health measures in the workplace (outside healthcare settings) April 8, 2022

This guide aims to support the management of occupational health and safety (OHS) in the workplace. The information contained in this guide is taken from the recommendations produced by the National Director of Public Health (DNSP), the Public Health Network in Occupational Health (RSPSAT) and the National Institute of Public Health of Quebec (INSPQ). This guide specifies the CNESST’s expectations in relation to these.

The proposed measures must be adapted by the different sectors according to their specificities to ensure that activities can resume or continue under the safest and healthiest conditions possible in the context of COVID-19.

In times of crisis, it is important that workers and employers and other players in the field work together to have healthy and safe workplaces for all! Dialogue and cooperation are essential to achieve this.

In order to obtain the applicable measures for their clientele, workplaces must refer to the instructions of the Direction générale de la santé publique.
