All establishments that have at least 20 workers during the year are required to form a health and safety committee.
The employer draws up and keeps up to date a register of the hazardous materials and contaminants, identified by regulation, which are present in his establishment.
Establishments with fewer than 20 workers must develop and implement a prevention action plan specific to their establishment.
